If I could crossplay as any Transformers character, I'd be Shrapnel. I can already do his voice and speech pattern perfectly, perfectly. Then it would all be just a matter of creating the armour itself and doing the makeup. To pull off Sharnel's optics, I'd wear a pair of red-tinted sunglasses with matching frames.

Man, I wish I caught this one live. I really enjoyed those Saturday mornings back in the 80's. I've met Peter Cullen (Prime), Paul Eiding (Perceptor) and Gregg Berger (Grimlock) at separate Supanova's (sci-fi conventions) in Australia over the years. About half of the original voice actors have passed away (1984 is 4 decades ago now), so it's good we still have some of the more famous ones here.

I like how Frank Welker had figures he voices on his part of the table, and Peter Cullen had some on his side too.

Gregg Berger's narration makes me think what it would be like if Lewis Black did the narration, as he sounds like him, toned down.

Should be interesting, wish they had some real voice actors instead of this cast, and that they stuck to Orion being of the upper classes while Megatron mined, but I do like that there won't be humans in it, as they are generally annoying, and that they did acknowledge that Orion wasn't always a hardened warrior

Shame, I loved the original stuff as a kid 30-40 years ago that took a lot more assembly - basically a model kit. I guess, asking people to click on more then 4 wheels onto a preassembled body is asking too much.

Frank Welker sounds more like Dr Claw than Soundwave. Everyone sounds a little different from when they sounded 40 years ago.
